Dancutter A/S was established as a limited company 1 January 2002, Lone Gammelgaard being the principal shareholder.
Since 1989 Lone Gammelgaard has been the holder of a “world patent” of a cutter robot that was till the year 1998 manufactured by the company Protec. The product was manufactured in co-operation with sub-suppliers. Protec sold their products to a sales company that would resell the products to many countries worldwide.

Products

Today Dancutter A/S’ product program consists of the following cutting/milling machines:
- DC-160 to be applied in all types of pipe systems in the dimensions 190 mm – 700 mm
- DC-80 to be applied in all types of pipe systems in the dimensions 90 mm – 250 mm
- DC-70 to be applied in all types of pipe systems in the dimensions 75 mm - 150 mm (100 mm - 230 mm)
- DC-SPIDER to be applied in all types of pipe systems in the dimensions 90 mm - 125 mm
- DC-Flex to be applied in all types of pipe systems in the dimensions 70 mm - 100 mm
- Automatic Feed makes all your cutters selfpropelled
- Wiresystem makes DC-80 and DC-160 selfpropelled
- Miscellaneous accessories and spare parts.
The products are CE-marked and comply with the EU Machinery Directive.
Presently time of delivery is 3-4 weeks and the machines are provided with a 12 months’ guarantee.

Manufacture
|
|
Manufacture is performed in a close co-operation with carefully selected sub-suppliers who have modern production facilities and sufficient production capacity. Dancutter A/S is in charge of manufacturing the control board with built-in electronics, finish-mounting, control, test and final finish. The manufacturing process is rational and consequently prices remain competitive. |

Product Development
|
|
Product development takes place in co-operation with the company HTJ Miljøteknik which is also owned by the Gammelgaard family. HTJ Miljøteknik has for 8 years worked with the cutter system for major Scandinavian companies in this field of business. The company staff of 10 employees, four service vehicles perform assignments in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. HTJ Miljøteknik perform the concrete assignments and are permanently faced with problems that require inventive and innovative thinking. Hereby a product development process has started in co-operation with Dancutter A/S. |
