By using DanCutter MicroSystem you avoid unsuitable diggings. It might be under buildings, under water pipes in blocks of flats, under footpaths and under established open spaces like drive ways and gardens. In this way the costs for re-establishment of the will be minimal. Add to this that the inconvinience for the inhabitants will not be as large as by traditionel renovation works.

The Cutter has a low need of repair due to the simple construction.

Therefore it is possible for everyone with only a few instructions to work both with the equipment and to maintain service and maintenance of the machinery.
As the cutter is driven by air, the damages are minimale onto the machinery, as so there is no vabrations in the cutter itself, while the cutter head is running. The air function also has this advantage that the manouvering is getting better during the cutting, seen in relation to for instance hydraulic running.

Other advantages:

•	The cutter only needs a 300mm well in unlimited depth in order to get access to the pipe.
•	The cutter runs in 90 mm - 150 mm through elbows of 30° - 45°.

•	Handy at running during the work, regardless if the job is situated 2 m or 30 m inside the pipe, and regardless if the branch line is situated at 9-12-3-6 o`clock.
•	It is up to you to choise if the cutter is to be controlled from the manhole or from an operatorvan.
•	Can be built out for bigger dimensions by cutter.

Technical Description
DC-70

The robot cutter, which is manufactured from stainless steel, is for operating in all types of pipe-lines, for instance in sewer-pipes, water-pipes etc. in the dimensions 70 mm – 150 mm. By relining of an existing pipe with a lining, the cutter is to be used for re-opening of lateral connections. Furthermore the cutter can be used to remove concrete, tree-roots and all kinds of deposits.

The lever is connected to the front part of the cutter, so that the lever can swing up/down. The movement of the level is controlled by the control panel. This movement is also driven by air/pneumatic, which is supplied by a multiple plug in the back part of the cutter. A small air hose is drawn through the air hose in the 1? messured supply hose.

The front part can rotate 360° continuously. This rotation is operated by an electrical motor. The movement of the motor is controlled from the control panel and the supplying is made through the multiple plug. In the 1_ messured main air hose is drawn an electrical cable.

The cutter is divided into three parts, each part is separated by a flexible coupling, which makes is flexible, and hereby fit for operating into pipesystems with severe elbows as follows:

Pipe dimension 100 mm (relined 91 mm) 30° elbow.

Pipe dimension 150 mm (relined 141 mm) 45° elbow.

The cutter can be placed into the pipesystem through a 315 mm wash-well-cover.
